It was very difficult to choose the top three because all of your projects were beautiful, however, our choice is: -
We were delighted when one of our lovely customers asked if we wanted to see how she used our bridal lace and ribbons. We jumped at the chance, and below are photographs of two beautiful cakes made by the very talented Fiona Brook of No More Tiers, York. By coincidence, our ribbons, bridal trims and embellishments are being used at a Wedding Fair this weekend by another customer, who will show brides how they can have a fabulous wedding even if they are on a tight budget.
We thought it would be rather nice to have a wedding themed giveaway - and this is what we have as the prize for one lucky entrant:
3 metres of 25mm beautiful fine white bridal cluny lace
3 metres of 25mm cornflower blue satin ribbon
3 metres of 16mm cornflower blue satin:
3 metres of 4mm white pearl string
- enough ribbon, lace and trim for a 3-tier cake, or a few scrapbook layouts, or numerous cards, or some gift boxes or wedding invitations or a sewing project (for example 'something blue')
All you have to do is be a follower of this blog, put a link on your own blog and leave a comment to tell us what you would do with this lovely prize.
