September Just Magnolia Challenge ...

The Ribbon Girl August Magnolia challenge is really simple - 'Button It Up' (just add a button)

The Design Team have created some absolutely gorgeous projects to inspire you, remember that all the products listed after the projects can be found in The Ribbon Girl online store and there are more details about each project on the Design Team's individual blogs. 

 You must use a Magnolia stamp or a DooHickey die for your entry to be entered into the prize draw and your project must include lace, this challenge is sponsored by our regular sponsors - a Magnolia stamp all the way from the home of Edwin and Tilda kindly donated by Magnolia of Sweden and a £10 voucher towards a spending spree at The Ribbon Girl



This challenge will run for 1 week and closes at 9PM UK time on Saturday 3rd October.  Our usual rules apply - create a new project that includes a Magnolia image or Doohicky Die which follows the theme - ADD BUTTONS (please no backlinking to old projects), blog about it mentioning this challenge then leave a link using the InLinkz button at the bottom of this post. The prize will be redrawn if the winner does not claim it after 1 week of the winner being identified on this blog and is not transferable

September Colour Challenge and Guest Designer Search ...

Hi, we've got our Colour Challenge on the blog this week but before we share what the Design Team have been up to we wanted to say a special goodbye to our lovely friend Kath. Kath has decided to step down from the design team after five years with us and we will miss her. Kath was our longest serving design team member but she was also a special friend. We wish her well and hope she enjoys spending more time with her family and Buddy.

So, the Colour Challenge this week is to create a BLUE project and as well as one lucky winner receiving a prize from Marianne Designs and a voucher from The Ribbon Girl we will also be offering a GUEST DESIGNER SPOT NEXT MONTH.

September Any Image Challenge ...

We're back with another challenge and this week it's our EVERYTHING GOES WITH AN IMAGE challenge - anything goes  - you can use any image you like as we know you all have your favourites and we hope to see all types of project including cards, boxes, gift boxes, candles and projects of all kinds!

As usual we have two fabulous prizes, the first is a stamp of the winners choice from our generous friends at Lili of the Valley who have some beautiful images to choose from, and a £10 voucher from The Ribbon Girl towards a shopping spree in their store for the randomly chosen winner of the challenge
