Aren't these just the sweetest little woolfelt mice pin cushions??  Our very talented Design Team member Gail made them for the current pink and blue colour challenge - that challenge runs for another week by the way so there is lots of time to enter your pink and blue projects, check out this post for all the details.

Two New Girls and a Giveaway...

Today we're so pleased to be welcoming two lovely friends to our Design Team. Firstly Jane has kindly agreed to be our Guest Designer for the month of September and we are so pleased that she's come back to work with us again. Jane makes lovely cards and papercraft projects, you can find her blog here and here are a few peeks of what she does best.

Our second new girl is joining our permanent Design Team, we are thrilled to welcome Tab Robinson to our team. Tab has a wonderful blog filled with cards, papercrafts, needlecraft, crochet and even cupcakes and sugarcraft. She makes the prettiest of projects, as can be seen in these photographs and we can't wait to get to know Tab better over the next few months

Party Games and Prizes ...

So, as you know The Ribbon Girl is celebrating it's birthday during the whole of August and it would be a very dull party without a few party games - and party games need prizes!

This game will run until the evening of Saturday 13th August (UK time) and the winner will recieve 6 packets of small polka dot buttons in the colours of their choice.  So what do you have to do? It's simple - just tell us how many buttons you think there are in the jar.

Leave a comment with your guess and the winner will be the first person on the list who guesses correctly or the first person who is closest to the correct number of buttons when the game closes on Saturday night.

Changes at The Ribbon Girl and another Giveaway ...

The Ribbon Girl is getting a new shop! You'll still be able to find all your favourites, as well as lots of new products too but you'll also be able to register and create an account, view your history of purchases and most exciting (well we think it is exciting!) you'll be able to search for a particular product by type, colour etc.

So, please forgive us if things aren't quite where they should be this week whilst we move in and get ourselves settled - you know what it's like when you move to a new house, it takes a couple of days to make yourself comfy, get things unpacked and arranged just how you want them.
