Jingle all the way to Christmas Challenge .......

Hi, can you believe that in exactly 3 months it will be Christmas! A few months ago we (Mary and Andrea) decided that this Christmas would be a handmade Christmas for us and instead of buying our gifts we would make them. Well, with only 3 months left to go we have yet to make a single gift and have now redefined our homemade Christmas to mean that we're making all of our Christmas cards instead ha ha!

As we were making our plans (and by that I mean giving up and doing something easier and more realistic!!) we wondered if there were others who need a little help to stay on track with their Homemade Christmas plans - however simple or complex they may be - and decided that the Ribbon Girl could help.  Today is the 25th of September and today and every 25th day of the month we'll be having a Christmas challenge.

Of course we can't have a challenge without a prize and we have a lovely collection of Christmas themed ribbons and embellishments for one lucky person

To have a chance of winning the Christmas prize then simply make a new Christmas craft project, blog about it mentioning this challenge and leave us a link using the InLinkz button at the bottom of this post. The challenge will run until the evening of October 8th UK time.

Some of our Ribbon Girl design team are obviously starting to think about Christmas too and sent these photographs of festive projects this week (lucky for us as we get to share them on the blog today!) so we have some eye candy to inspire you as well as a customer project that just happened to fit in with our plans (thanks Susan)

(Susan is one of our regular customers who was inspired by the party favours in this blog post and she transferred the idea from paper into felt to make an Advent Calendar for her daughter (thanks for the photo India), One felt pouch will be taken from the basket each day during Advent)

We really hope that we can help you to keep on track with your Christmas projects - however large or small they are - and that you will join in with our challenge

**and don't forget that you still have a week to enter our regular Colour Challenge and have a chance to win a minikit and £5 gift voucher from the Ribbon Girl as well as a £10 voucher from Lili Of The Valley**
