Gotham Cityscape Cake ..................

When one of our customers emailed today to ask if we'd like to see a photo of a cake she made recently using our jute mesh and 15mm moss green  satin ribbon, well, quite frankly we were gobsmacked!!  Isn't this just fabulous? A work of art if ever I saw one  ..... Samantha Pilling owns the Bite Me Bakery so if you need a really special cake, or just want to admire more of her work please follow this link here

November Colour Challenge ...

Welcome to the new Colour Challenge here at the Ribbon Girl blog, the home of the Ribbon Girl Design Team

This month we want to see your fabulous creations using this glorious colour palette
As usual we have two prizes for the winner of our challenge:
  A Lilac Mini Makes Kit from The Ribbon Girl

and a £10 voucher from the very generous lovely ladies at Lili of the Valley

Our rules are very simple - create a new project (does not have to be a card, we would love to see all of your lovely handcrafted projects) following the colour theme, blog about it mentioning this challenge then use the InLinkz button at the bottom of this post to link to your project. Anne has been a customer and friend of The Ribbon Girl for a long time and many of you will have met her at craft shows and at the Lili Of The Valley shop in Leeds as she works at LOTV and is lucky to spend entire days surrounded by their gorgeous stamp designs! November Card Challenge ...
