More cards from the Ribbon Girl Design Team

The Ribbon Girl Colour Challenge runs until Sunday 3rd April - see further down this post for details
We had some fabulous cards and projects by the mega talented ladies on our Design Team this month - feast your eyes on these ........................ and please pop back on Sunday for news of a great giveaway!

Our lovely friend and  mega talented DT member, Kath made these fabulous cards - the one above features gold gingham ribbon
This one has has really neat flower centres - a polka dot button on one and some twisted loopy trim on the others - nice idea Kath.

Andrea used one of the Ribbon Girls new Molly Blooms stamps (Molly Maid) with a LOTV sentiment stamp.  She used a nestability die for the backing and finished her card with sheer ribbon with satin bands

DT member (and much published designer!) Jo sent us this fabulous card with spotted satin ribbon, flowers and white leaf pins - we particularly like the background stamping over the rose paper - really pretty effect Jo

The hand made fabric flower on the card above from Jo is beautifully finished with the centre flower from Wild Orchid.
Kath used celery green twill stripe and Apple Green Divine Twine together - a great look!

Dawny P, our lovely Guest Designer chose this cute  'Attitude' hAnglar stamp, beautifully coloured and embellished her card with Ribbon Girl 10mm lace and some gorgeous hand made paper flowers!
Dawny P chose black gingham ribbon which looks great with these black centred flowers from Wild Orchid, and purple crown pins from Ribbon Girl

Colour Challenge #6

Hello, here we are already well into March - this year just seems to be zooming along - and we have another colour challenge to share with you. This month the challenge is a green and yellow colour challenge. I'm sure that by now you know how to play:

Create a project using the colours green and yellow, upload it to your blog or online gallery and link us up to it using the InLinkz button at the bottom of this post. You don't have to use ribbons although it would be lovely if you do - and even lovelier (did I just make that word up?)  if they happen to come from the Ribbon Girl shop :)  Please create a new project and don't backlink to old projects. You've got until midnight UK time on Sunday April 3rd to submit your creation and one lucky person will win either a green or a yellow Special Selection Ribbon Kit from the Ribbon Girl shop

We are also sponsored by our regular sponsor Lili of the Valley so the winner will recieve a £10 voucher to spend in the Lili of the Valley online store too. With the new stamp designs that came out last week and the new releases from the Harrogate Show you'll be spoilt for choice over what to spend the voucher on!

Our fabulous Design Team have made some gorgeous projects to inspire you this month

Molly Bloom Stamps - In Stock ...

We received our new delivery of Molly Bloom stamps this morning, they've all been listed in the shop and they've been sitting looking at me all day. We spotted these stamps at the trade exhibition we went to last month and could hardly wait for them to arrive! They just go perfectly with all of the ribbons and charms that we stock. Most of them arrived this morning and some are to follow and we put in another order this morning so they should be here soon.

Here are some cards that we've made using the Molly Bloom Stamps

New Charms and Tea Dyed Gingham ...

Today we took delivery of some new charms including the cutest little umbrella charms. I used them straight away on my latest card together with some new tea dyed gingham

The tea dyed gingham ribbon goes perfectly with the distressed papers and kraft cardstock and I just love the umbrella charm
